Rules For Spectators

All spectators must sign a liability waiver prior to entering designated viewing areas. Entry into certain zones may require a wristband or credential that must be worn at all times.

Spectators must remain within clearly marked spectator zones at all times. Restricted areas include hot pits, staging lanes, timing areas, and any zone marked “Authorized Personnel Only.”

At no time may spectators step onto the racing surface, runoff areas, or course perimeter barriers unless specifically directed by event officials during a controlled period.

All instructions from event staff, race officials, course marshals, volunteers, and security personnel must be followed immediately. These individuals are present for your safety and the safety of participants.

Children must be supervised at all times. Running, climbing on barriers, or entering restricted areas is strictly prohibited.

Do not move, lean on, or tamper with safety fencing, cones, barricades, or course markers.

Spectators may not approach vehicles in hot areas, distract drivers, or interfere with teams, timing personnel, or technical inspections.

Anyone appearing intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly or unsafe manner may be removed from the event without refund.

Please dispose of trash properly and help us keep our host venue clean and welcoming for the community.

 Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who fails to comply with event rules or whose behavior poses a safety concern.

These are items spectators can bring into the event, subject to security inspection:

Personal & Comfort
• Small personal bags, purses, or backpacks (size limits may apply)
• Cameras, binoculars, and non-professional photography gear
• Sunscreen, sunbloc,k and bug spray (non-aerosol recommended)
• Hats and sunglasses (weather-appropriate)
• Comfortable blankets or small seat cushions (without metal parts)
• Portable phone chargers and spare batteries
• Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (if permitted by event rules)

Family & Accessibility
• Baby strollers (subject to venue size rules)
• Service animals (properly identified) 

Personal Electronics
• Phones, tablets, and small personal devices
• Ear protection (earplugs, noise-blocking headphones)

 Spectators should not bring the following to maintain safety and compliance:

Safety & Security
• Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, pepper spray, etc.)
• Explosives, fireworks or flares
• Drones or remote-controlled flying devices 

Food & Beverage Logistics
• Coolers, thermoses or ice chests of any size
• Glass bottles or containers
• Alcoholic beverages (unless expressly permitted) 

Obstructions & Nuisances
• Umbrellas, tents, canopies or shade structures
• Chairs that are large, non-collapsible or with armrests
• Wagons, scooters, bicycles, skateboards or hoverboards
• Noise makers (air horns, whistles, clappers) and projectiles
• Laser pointers and other devices that could distract or interfere with racers 

Other Restricted Items
• Aerosol cans (except sunscreen, hand sanitizer or approved sprays)
• Large backpacks or bags exceeding size limits
• Offensive signage or obstructive banners
• Illegal substances of any kind
